A    G                The leaves blow                  ‘cross the rich white road

A    G                from the darkened sky        on a bigot’s stage.

A    G    A         But the brown folk still       are locked in their cage. It’s getting old.

A    G                white people             they see.

A    G    A         But the white man     just locks up their cage in slavery.
